Warm-up

3 RFQ of "Cindy"

Body Armor

"Queen of the North" (Time)

10 Rounds
5 Bench Presses (205/115)*
5 Weighted Pull Ups
12 GHD SUs
1 Bill Murray Run

Time Cap: 45:00

*BP should be ~65-70% of your 1RM Bench and unbroken every set. if not unbroken athlete must drop to a weight that is unbroken.

Weighted pull up should also be unbroken. If you cant (yet) do weighted pull-ups do strict and/or modify as needed to keep the 5 reps very challenging but unbroken. Quality of movement is more important than time.
