A. Snatch Complex (16:00)
6 Minutes to warm up to your working weight
Every 2:00 x 5 (10:00) complete the following complex
1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS + 1 Snatch @60%-70% of your 1RM Snatch

You may drop and reset before the last snatch.
